    Ice from vent may have cause loss of shuttle

    This is interesting because on this particular mission the bottom of the shuttle was away from the sun an unusualy large percentage of the time.

          anyone noticed that this and last is "not NASAs fault" theorys....
          If there's artificial intelligence, there's bound to be some artificial stupidity.

              How would not taking the possibility of ice on the vent not be NASA's fault?
              Everything that happens to the suttle, both good and bad, is NASA's responsibility.
