mark threads / posts

hi,

is it somehow possible to add functionality to "mark" a post ot thread so that I can find it later again? somthing like "personal sticky" or like favorites in eBay for example.

It would be nice, because sometimes I "loose" some Info and dont know the right keywords to search for and the trad is lost for me.

I believe that all the threads you are subscribed to appear in your User CP.

Anyone used 'Favourites' before? It seems to store links to pages you want to return to. Try it!

Our scheduled 'at risk' here is from 18:30 on a Thursday evening. Users are reminded when they log in on Thursday morning (and often earlier in the week too). One 'favourite' prof of mine wanted me to get the Computer Centre to send an instant message to remind him at about 18:15 because he gets too engrosed in his work and forgets. I said no and to use a calendar reminder instead...something he'd never used in 4 years of having Outlook 2000.

This just reminded me of that.

PS he's also the same guy who rang me up on Tuesday to complain that the system time was an hour fast and this was causing him major difficulties. I diplomatically explained to him that he needed to adjust the clock on his wall as we had changed to BST two days previously
