I've experienced the same; it was also unreachable intermittantly, but never for very long (maybe it was just so slow that the requests timed out). -
Unlike like you two, it's been real fast for me, never noticed any slow downs.Titanium is the new bling!

Yesterday, it was unreachable for a very short time (for me)... However, I got notifications that other people where posting, so this wasn't caused by the MURC server.
Other than that one issue, everything usually goes very smooth (reliable and fast) here...
