    I cannot play recent games!!! I need the parhelia card soon!!!

    i've tried to play some recent games (jedi knight outcast - medal of honor) but i can't get decent frame rate.

    Please Matrox, give us the tech spec. and the release date.

          Interesting....so acording to what you are hinting at Parhelia Pro256, Matrox will announce their card on a sunday ??? That sounds wierd ?

              Running Dungeon Siege at 1024x768x32 I average 27 fps. WHen tons of stuff is on the screen....6-7 fps. And that's with a Kyro II. I can't even imagine what it would be like on a G400.

                  main system: P4 Northwood 2.0 @ 2.5GHz, Asus P4PE (LAN + Audio onboard), 512MB Infineon PC333 CL2.5, Sapphire/BBA Radeon 9500@9700 128MB (hardmodded), IBM 100GB ATA-100, 17" Belinea (crappy), and some other toys...ADSL (1,5mbit/s down, 256kbit/s up...sweeeeeet!)

                          Actually you'd better get a faster CPU to improve your WC3 speed. It matters more than the videocard.

                          I agree in the case of DS though.

                              Moving upto an Athlon XP with that KyroII would roughly double your framerates.

                                                      The IRS took another $100 off me this year, despite contributing to the loss of 25% of my income during the regular year (yes, yes, I know 25% is nothing to you Socialists...).
