    Sun Dogs lament

    oh sun dogs of the Great M

    where hast though runn off

    leving us murcers way behind

    or is it that we have moved on

    and you stayed home to guard the house..


    ok i am in a sily mood... but i am somewhat depresed...

    i want a pharelia to work with my avid system 2 monitors + TV

    but i also want good OGL performance to work with my fav compositing software (discreet combustion 2)

    the unfortunate fact is that the 3dlabs wildcat vp has problems with avid XDV.... so i am kind a stuck

    on one hand there is my loyalty to matrox and on the other hand there is my need for eficancy....



    hence the lament

    i have a g550 but one of the heads is damaged due to grounding problems.. (now solved) send the thing in for an RMA and getting it back will cost me just as much as a new one so i will just go and get yet another G550 for now... hoping that some time soon the all mighty M do something awesome....

    Matrox... we love you .... and we are not about to give up on you yet (well at least i am not)
