    Need more news!!

    Have Matrox completedly stopped making new products?

    What about some of the other more or less obscure manufactures?

    I need spekulations, wild guesses, slips and extortions.

      Speculation: Matrox will come out with another card
      Wild Guess: It'll be pretty good, but not for the money.
      Slips: Fu ck. Oops - I guess I shouldn't have said that.
      Extortions: Pay me now, or you aint gettin no more news, and you might lose a kneecap or two.

          They've certainly stopped making products for the bulk of us. I stopped looking to Matrox soon after the P proved such a dissapointment. Matrox has very little to offer now since the proliferation of DVI-D setups. My 6800 GT OC is proving to be an excellent HTPC graphics card with superior PQ.

              Xortam, dont be such a spoilsport..

              Anyhow, I guessed as much. But the pci-express version sounds intriguing. Do You really think they would make an edition completely without improving the engine behind??

                      Haig has said, that the next gen chip won't be ready for a while. I just don't know if it means a year or more before we see it in action...
