Ehhh...not again.
Anyway, take a wild guess, considering that:
1) Latest and greatest Matrox video editing hardware uses 3D power of "alien" 3D card present in the computer.
2) The only feature of Parhelia which common users might appretiate, surround gaming, is now available on Nvidia/ATI cards thanks to small box produced by Matrox itself - why would they do this if they have plans to introduce shiny new GPU?
I wouldn't expect anything other than modified P-core with support for fancy GUI of Windows Vista...and even that not at the launch of OS.

I'm still hoping they'll bounce back...
Last time when I needed a video card, I first waited as long as I could, check out the competition, and went out and ordered a Parhelia.
I hate it to be my last matrox card (Mystique -> G200 -> G450 -> Parhelia).

Vista will include real-time animated 3D talking disembodied heads (AKA Headcasting) to guide users through all operations and to provide advice when it deems necessary. This will be a critical feature of the kernel and as such there will be no provisions made to disable it.
