<It was a very busy day. Digi-cable tv and cable internet when flop, all tv terminals and cable modems lost their IP's, created lots O' problems. Basically hundreds of thousands of clients were OFF. <So, the calls poured in and parts of our service lost are control over their connections (like ALL of Quebec city, major relay point for us, d'oh!) <as well, forcing them to divert calls to us. Fun fun.
