actually easy enough in sql.
the sudo code goes something like this
update thread set forum=forumxx where user = lizzy;

sql is wonderful like that

Yes, your using one... SQL is a database, the whole point being is the program you use access SQL and is transperent to you.

Guchi: SQL is a frontend fo a database, so that you can input your queries in plain text - of course, there are graphical frontends that let you choose your query from drop-down menus etc. But, as sasq said, the point about SQL is that it's transparent to you.
