There are ony a limited number of numbers it can be. For example, 50 - 5 - 0 = 51 - 5 - 1 = ... = 45. There are perhaps 10 numbers on that chart that you can ever pick.

Each time you load the page, it assigns the SAME symbol (at random) to each of those 10 numbers. It rotates them so that you don't catch on.
