A while back you had applied for work at Gateway for a tech support job I believe but it did not work out for a stupid reason. If you do not mind answering, do you remeber how much they paid?

How can someone live with $9 an hour!!! Better than minimum wage but still is it a reasonable wage for an adult?

That's just standard training pay. You get your full wage after you hit the floor.

@Chrono: If there was a Gateway call center in Canada then the wage would still be 9$/hour for training and then 11-13$. It's the same way in my company. The US agents make the same as I do in terms of numbers but with the exchange, it's obvious they make WAY more.
