Seriously though.... I really don't know how the young uns can possibly afford it, these days.
I bought my average 3 bed semi. with small front & rear garden and garage for £38K about six years ago....
Its now valued at £110K.

Yep, me and a couple of friends actually thought about buying a house, pick the best floor and rent the rest to other students. We could propably make a fortune with that, but the investment is a little too high
