Boss doesn't like me ringing myself up.
Strangly when other people are on the helpdesk and are bored they never take my offer of ringing them up up.Comment

One problem the caller and phone number comes up. You can do via mobile though.

or, as we do in norway, dials #30#, or *30*, before the number. i wonder if that still works..

That was why it only worked on the new people, they often forgot to look at or didn't pay enough attention to the number and other such details. Only had one person we pulled it off twice on... needless to say he didn't last long.Originally posted by The PIT
