Dumb Users

Sometime we should be having a training day. Now somewhere on the web there should be some training material where someone has as a script to act like a dumb user.
Management are having a great trouble grasping the fact that it helps if the user has a basic knowledge of the system i.e What they're running and how to use a mouse.
You can't diagnose anything if they can't even click on a mouse button.

yeah...develop dumb software/computer and it will pass all Turing tests that you throw at it.

You know you're in trouble when reality is worse than anything you can make up...though apparently I heard recently that you can fit two pieces of toste in your CD-ROM drive if you really work at it...(small kids...go figure )
