                                      However, since my BOOM Stick (tm) is packed in one of these myriad boxes, I'll let it slide... THIS TIME.

                                      Ok, I'm back guys. I was moving. It all happened pretty quickly, so many of you might not have known about it.

                                      We're now living in Natick, MA - a hop, skip, and jump from Boston.

                                      I have ComCast high-speed cable, averaging around 2Mbps. I feel like a true geek again.

                                      Anyway, I'll make a longer post later. I've replied to a few topics already.

                                                      Oh I know the feeling, and the silencing NEVER ENDS. I didn't know my chipset fan made so much racket until I got rid of the noisiest HS/F I've ever used (Volcano 6Cu+). Then came the video card's fan, Hard Drive, CDRW, Case fans, Power Supply, and even the monitor! (Who the hell knew these made noise anyway?)

                                                          It's not the noise overall as much as it is this particular high-pitched whine that sets my ears off.
