OK, you've got the easy part, it's pollen on one of those thingies. Now for the harder part: what kind of flower?
2 clues:
- the five dark spots are a give-away
- unlikely to find it in a garden N or S of the sub-tropical zone. The photo was taken in my garden and we are considered as +/- at the limit for this very frost-sensitive species. I think I've seen them in S Florida (~Miami) and S California (~San Diego), Thailand to Indonesia, Kenya, India (except N. India).Brian (the devil incarnate)
