Not that I have any useful information in personal relationships (hey, I'm a monk ) But having a quick look at some fortune telling stuff I do, I don't think this is your guy. It looks like someone who is more than 10 years older than you, or younger than you is the one you are looking for...

But then, as I said, I'm a monk who does fortune telling, and has no expereince in this field. So take it with a grain of salt.
