Admiral, have you tried separating it into individual frames, and taking every other one? Paint shop pro is all you need for this.Comment

I tried that first, and it is noticible. Shrinking the size, lowering the color palette, and adding a little loss was the best I could do, but I'm no expert.Originally posted by KvHagedorn
