I think the worst experience we've had yet with our son is related to his overuse of toilet tissue.

He'd run back to the bathroom at my wife's parent's home and came back a little later. Anyhow I went back there after awhile to get his shoes that he'd left behind...

What do I find when I get back there? White walls streaked with brown and a toilet full of tissue.

Asked him what happened and he said "I ran out of wipes and I had to get poop off my hands." Surprisingly he had wiped his hands clean after using them as replacements for the proper tool for the job.

Needless to say, he spent some time helping me clean up the mess and has never done it again.

My best so far is our daughter at 15 months, taking something out of her mouth she didn't like the taste of, handing it to me and me then realising what it was...

(she'd been poopy scooping in her nappy/diaper)

The worst, I'd rather not put any prospective parents off...
      Parents, you've probably been there

        ROFL.

Look, if you're dumb enough (or daring enough) to procreate, you have to just take the bad with the good.

Alright.. I have the one percent inspiration.. someone else go out and get it perfected and marketed.. the electronic poop-detecting diaper.. when baby poops red lights and an alarm go off so you can change that sucker quick and avoid getting scheise all over your collection of Hemingway first editions or your Great Grandparent's family bible, or whatever other valuable thing you don't want wasted in a senseless fecal incident.

No good. The diaper won't tell you when the kid has pooped directly into his/her hand, or is using some OTHER bodily fluid... or just plain ol' crayons.

                Crayons. Markers.

I awoke to some art work on the kitchen walls not so long ago. Did I mention the walls are covered in wallpaper? Not so easy to clean.

Yeppers. It's also not easy to remove crayons from signed first edition books. *sigh*

I actually think thats a fantastic Idea. I like plain simple language when it comes to things like that.

You know no matter how much you read it will never prepare you for it. So Keep it simple - with clear references and learn as you go

English doesn't borrow from other languages. It follows them down dark alleys, knocks them over, and goes through their pockets for loose grammar.
