I wanna know what key combos he's mashing to get this to happen. He does it pretty consistently, so I'm guessing it's a "hold start" or some crap like that bug. Feh.

I have seen that befofe when I did not have the right codec installed.. annoying, as it is the time you need it most... installing divx should fix it up

Looks like he's playing it using NESticle...maybe a ROM hack?
Funny how he could do all this crazy stuff, but he wasn't able to get to the negative world via the end of world 1-2??

1:21 also shows some great skills, while he is in between the 3 turtles. very good stunt.

you can see that he use an emulator at the end of the movie. but its still very impressive.
