They could make a Twilight Zone episode using the Real Dolls:

A mad scientist discovers a way to turn real people into dolls that look just like the living person. The scientist sets about turning all the people that are unlucky enough to discover his dastardly scheme into Real Dolls and sells them online. But the dolls aren't dead... they're still conscious, but unable to speak or move, they are helpless victims.... <Twilight Zone music>

Man, seeing one of those dolls in real life would freaking scare the crap outta me... Can you imagine waking up in the middle of the night to go get a drink of water, and all of a sudden there's this doll sitting in the corner looking straight at you? <shudder>
