    Wierd company marketing.

    Davy Instruments won't ship to the UK due to a licensing agreement. The licensed company doesn't advertise Davy Instruments products on their website.

    The sales person from Davies says this. "Our products are not on their website because it prompts people to contact us, and since we cannot ship there, it makes more sense this way".

    I don't understand how you can sell a product if you don't advertise it.

          I'm still waiting for the UK company to respond to my email asking how much. They probably won't. If they don't I'll email Davis back saying this company doesn't seem to want to sell your stuff.

              Surely by not having it on the website people are more likely to contact Davies direct
              When you own your own business you only have to work half a day. You can do anything you want with the other twelve hours.

                      Well if they've been directed to the site by Davis yes. If they haven't they'll just presume that the product isn't stocked and go elsewhere or chose another manufacter. Either way it's bad for Davis.

                                      Finally got hold of the software. One CD with 1.6mb of data on it.
                                      They could just do it online silly buggers.
