      Problem is that (well in the US) that the Economy was slowing down way before GWB even came into office and then add in 9/11 and war in Iraq and all well not a envorment conductive to conduct business in. Also there was pently of stupid shit going on with Corporate USA that didn't help matters either....

          My company announces their earnings on Aug. 5th. I usually use our company earnings report and future outlook as a guide of how the economy is doing I work for Cisco.

            I don't believe in too good. Greed and over-confidence create situations that need rebalancing. I'm for gooder and gooder on the average, which is what has been over the long term.
            How can you possibly take anything seriously?
