It hink an interesting penalty for people like this even if the death penalty is not warranted they should suffer the Darwin penalty. In other words their reproductive organs should be permanently removed or they should be sterilized.Comment

Does Canada have any restrictions againsts "cruel or unusal punishment" like the US? If not, I vote for good ole drawn and quartered or perhaps this cool torture the Chinese had where you force feed someone cheesecloth (or a similar fabric) filled with broken glass, then yank it out really hard.
