              I would think if a state implemented that tax, a reasonable % of large companies would simple relocate to another state...so much for gaining revenue

                              It won't fly. Don't forget the Federal moratorium on internet related taxes...

                              Since most company networks will take part in interstate commerce the Federal rules will supercede Florida law if the networks connected to the internet.
