Can someone enlighten me as to the street address, the town (city) and what's up with the SY4 4NR thing? Or, better yet, just explain the location...

SY4 4NR is a post code , akin to your zip code I guess. It means the post office may actually be able to find it

Looks like Shawbury is a suberb of the town of Shrewsbury.

What is the "Shropshire" part?

Are all the locations ending in "shire" the same level of organization?
