        Y'know, I bet they had this in mind right from the get-go, as soon as they realized that the RIAA was snooping around their servers.

        I mean, when the EULA is worded in such a way as to make those activities illegal...

        They were just waiting for the RIAA to actually file their suits against people, which necessitates disclosure of their methods and means, which allows Sharman to sue them (and probably win, since what the RIAA has done is CLEARLY illegal).

        I love it when a plan comes together.
