Technically, I agree that tachycardia is very common but a tachycardic patient under constant stress with the consequent endocrinal imbalance can lead to an eventual failure of the Bundle of Hess (popularly known as congestive heart failure) requiring the implant of a pacemaker. (Been there, done that!)

To avoid this, he must change his lifestyle, so that he is under less stress. Is this compatible with his function as PM? I doubt it. Blame Saddam
