    LOTR: TFOTR hidden easter eggs

Apart from the obvious easter eggs like the PJ cameo, the trolls from The Hobbits and the few thousands of camera shots inspired by the first film (the animated one), there is in the first film a cameo from a well know videogame character...

I'm the only one who noticed it, or am I simply wrong?

Uhh... WHAT are you talking about?

    - Gurm
The Internet - where men are men, women are men, and teenage girls are FBI agents!

I'm the least you could do

If only life were as easy as you
    I would still get screwed

I was waiting for you to reply

I'll give you the first hint: it's between the scene with the four hobbit joining up and the scene where Aragorn fight the Nazgul

No, I've watched this like 50 times. I have NO idea what you're talking about, and going back and watching it won't help. Plus you've got the region 3 disc anyway, right?

I think it should be a region 2 disk.

            However, I'll narrow the search.
It's a character from Baldur's Gate, and appears while the hobbits are in the tavern (the first, I don't remember the name).
It seems to me that this is a real cite, but maybe I'm wrong

              Oh pfaw.

I always thought the Beastmaster had invaded LOTR.

That's not Minsk, and the ferret certainly isn't Boo.

              Sorry, man.

That the guy is not Minsc is obvious.
The animal not being Boo...not that much. If you look at the position of the man, the way the ferret moves...the entire shot is identical in all the aspect to some of the painting of Boo and Minsc that are in the game.

However, I suppose I could simply be wrong

Actually I noticed too - but put it down to coincidence.

Boo is a "miniature giant space hamster". He goes "SQUEAK!"

                    He is NOT a ferret.
