    To be honest I want Lupo too. It is a VW afterall!
    But I can't really justify spending 9k pounds to buy a Lupo GTi
    (Maximum loan = 2k pounds)

    Thinking about Smart Car too. But despite the power-to-weight ratio, they seem very slow? (If I had 9k I'd buy a Smart Roadster!)

                            The Focus and VW are the only cars I have even heard of. 50kph? I exceed 120kph daily. I can't imagine going 50kph anywhere. *shudder* that would take forever!

                                50 kph in cities, but we also have autobahns without speed limits - but I'd rather have a safe car with enough space in it than a car that can go 300...
