    finding roommates that walk all over you

    to get a good roommate who will not pay bills here are things to do....


    1. rent out your extra room to members of the same family, if one doesnt pay, and the next doesnt pay, the third is a sure bet not to pay as well.

    2. get people who have spent time in prison for stupid things. this usually helps as well. no responsibilty in their blood usually.

    3. if you meet someone with the last name Treharn... yea they wont pay, im sure of it.

    4. when they quit their jobs the weekend they move in.. is a sure bet they will be a shitty roommate. even if you get them a job, and take them to work everyday with you, they still wont pay you.



    its an amazing thing.

    but follow these steps to an assurance of a shitty roommate.

      5. when they havent paid you a penny, but decide to chew you out for using their $3 bottle of toothpaste and there are atleast 5 tubes in the cabinet of the same kind.. thats also a clue as to them going to be shitty.

                                      Who is on the lease? Is it just you or both of you? If it's just you, boot him and find a new roommate. Personally, you hsould find someone that you don't know so there is no BS. If you are both on the lease, you are kind of screwed until it expires. Once it's up, move the hell out as fast as possible.

                                                          Seriously. Either that or pawn all his belongings for rent money, change the locks, and pin the pawn ticket to your front door.
