A white guy is walking along a beach when he comes across a lamp partially
buried in the sand. He picks up the lamp and gives it a rub. Two blonde
genies appear, and they tell him he has been granted three
wishes. The guy makes his three wishes and the blonde genies disappear.

The next thing the guy knows, he's in a bedroom, in a mansion rounded by 50
beautiful women. He makes love to all of them and begins to explore the
house. Suddenly he feels something soft under his feet, he looks down and
the floor is covered in $100 bills. Then, there is a knock at the door. He
answers the door and standing there are two people dressed in Klu Klux Klan
outfits. They drag him outside to the nearest tree, throws a rope over a
limb and hang him by the neck until he is dead.

The Klansmen walk off. As they are walking away, they remove their hoods;
it's the two blonde genies. One blonde genie says to the other one, "Hey, I
can understand the first wish having all these beautiful women in a big
mansion to make love to. I can also understand him wanting to be a
millionaire. But to be hung like a black man is beyond me

It's a play on words. The south is notorious for not getting their tenses correct, that and past tense of hanged is hung.

.. which happens to be a bullshit myth started by (guess who?) black men. The truth is, their size just doesn't change much from flaccid to erect, while white men's usually change quite dramatically. I saw a TV programme which had a slightly different version of how this myth started - basically they claimed that throughout history yer average barbarian has been represented as being not-civilised, with one of the prime indicators of this being well hung. The greeks did it (and this is why their statues of v. v. civilised men had v. v. small penises) - the romans did it - apparently they started the myth that scotsmen are well hung . The same thing happened when europeans headed off into Africa. So it's more like age-old propaganda that anyone who is savage and un-civilised is well hung. Apparently
