I did that on my wedding too..... She was not impressed!

Err... It's actually the bride's mother giving her wine to drink (part of the ceremony). The picture is of the wine on it's way to her mouth (not cleavage) and no drop was spilled on her or her dress(a waiter took care of that earlier in the evening by spilling som soya sauce on her dress , no harm done )
