Surely, unless you are WAAY hiper sensitive, its obvious that its about the guy's face being on camera. Not about him being black, or her being female. Eye of the tiger refers to the camera 'eye' IMO.

I don't think the intention of this video is to catch that guy - there are worse crims out there. In fact, I can't see any intention at all, that's why I asked. Why is this video interesting enough to post it? (no offense, I just don't get it)

I s'pose the problem for all is that the video has "no context". Even if it is somehow "interesting", it's the audio that gives problems understanding the sense of all...
(maybe it's 'cause it's a fake video built for fun...but without context, who knows?)
