Thanks for the link SitFlyer, and yeah this is pure stupidity, but what can you expect froma bunch of uneducated little teens?

Or that video could've been made purposely, otherwise why would they have captured it on film?

Also it goes to show how cheap these cars are made these days!
They should try that on my dads 1979 Malibu LOL!

Some friends and I were riding our dirt bikes down the South Canadian River here once, about 20 years ago.
It is basically a ribbon of quicksand running through central Oklahoma most of the summer.
Anyway, we came across a bunch of guys apparently diving and swimming in a big water hole in a sandbar in the middle of the "river".
There was a rope & chain leading from the hole to a big power transmission tower nearby.
Turns out one of the guys had gotten stuck there in his new jeep
In the quicksand
None of it showed above the surface.
Eventualy they ripped the engine-trans unit out of it.
Full of sand, no doubt.
I'm pretty sure his last words before fording the river were: "Hey! Watch this!".
