I use to work for a Vet when I was still in high school and the largest cat I remember seeing weighted in at 35lbs. So I guess it is possible. Also realize too that that cat is also alot of hair which will tend to make it look bigger.

Well, the girl does look like she could be rather petite, so that could account for some of the cat's apparent size, but still, the cat's head is almost as big as hers!
