Congratulations. I know plenty of people that are trying to quit and they are not doing nearly as well.

thank you. it was weird the way i quit. i got tired the past week of everyone bumming cigs from me. and im way short on money so i was tryin to make a pack of cigs last a week. so i got fed up and stopped smoking. my roommate was quite surprised when she had to go buy her own pack

Good for you Lizzie!

here's how I quite if anyone cares... I started to get sharp pain in my lungs especially over night, and thought the only reason was because of smoking (and I used to smoke a pack a day) so after a few years I decided enough is enough and through the pack with what ever it had in the garbage and never looked back!

I do however smoke the odd Cigar here and the there which I find quite interesting, but I never inhail.
