who cares about sexual preference anymore these days. everyone is their own person, and we should love everyone for who they are and what they will become.

So what about animals that exhibit homosexual behavior?

Are we to assume that animals cannot learn behaviors?

Well, there are hints of homosexuality having to do something with hormonal disorders during pregnancy. Nothing really proofing, but still...

Anyway, I think anyone definitely should tolerate gays/lesbians - as long as they don't touch him, it's not really his affair. There are for sure lots of heterosexuals with more non-standard or even "disgusting" behaviours and still this is only their own affair as long as they do not harass other people with it and both of them agree with it.

Still, homosexuality is, of course not "normal" or desirable behaviour in my eyes as it stays some kind of "aberration" - but then as said: who wants to claim he is "normal" in every single aspect...

Sometimes its just the animal being too horny to care...

I think it is possible though for genetics to play a role. If there is some genetic influence on what makes us find certain things attractive, then it is possible to have some mutation that causes homosexuality. This is complete speculation on my part, I have not scientific evidence to prove either way. I do have scientific research for a paper I'm supposed to be writing. This is my first Lounge post, and mainly due to me slacking off. I need to write my paper now...
