back before windows....
when you were playing kings quest/space quest et all, you would have a boss key that would bring up a spreadsheet or somthing so you boss didn't know you were goofing off.

Now, with multitasking systems, you just do WIN+D to show deskop/minimize all windows, so games no longer have boss key.
