We also use German pronounciation or sometimes three-times double v.

In the Spanish dialect I learned we say "doble ve," so it's pretty much the same as saying "double u."

well, when we're in a hurry we say "wewewe", otherwise it's "dublu v, ..."

I've heard people say dub-dub-dub. I just usually leave it off since it isn't normally necessary.
