    Mexican Air Force chases UFO's

Sounds like a condriction in terms, but the story is here:

Why is it called tourist season, if we can't shoot at them?

I guess that tequila was strong. Maybe it's time the Mexican AF upgraded from the Gloster Gladiators to planes that have landing lights, then they may understand what it was all about.

As my house is under the flight path at 15 min from landing at Larnaca at ~2500 m, I often see UFOs at dusk, but their lights are so bright that I can't identify whether they are Boeing or Airbus UFOs

Here is an article in Dutch...

But interestingly: it also hosts the video-file (a link called 'hier', followed by MPG, just under one of the photos in the article)

Yeah, yeah, stop being a smartass, it just makes you look dumb.

I don't care what they are, I'm most interested in them being visible to the eye and cameras, but not showing on radar. Explain that one, Brian, and you can wisecrack all you want.

Considering the proximity to the US, they could very well be some new toys that have been built by the government...

they say visible to radar and infra-red camera, but not to the eye in the article.

"The Mexican Air Force released footage of what a UFO expert said were 11 invisible unidentified flying objects picked up by the infrared camera as they whizzed around a surveillance plane."

Whizzed around a plane? Too many beers.

Clearly Wombat knows what they are, he's doing the same annoying thing my dad does/did about various possibly classified military stuff, make vague taunts that imply that everyone else is clueless except for him.

No, I don't know what they are. All I know is that I haven't heard a feasible explanation for what they could possibly be, and that is interesting enough for me.
