The hotel is the Holiday Inn Express Tamworth. What building you are referring to beyond that I can only guess. I suppose Tamworth Castle or the Snowdome or no idea.

Jamm got it The hotel has recently been built adjacent to the Snowdome in Tamworth. The green slope down the side is reminiscent of the indoor ski-slope. I was there just the other day, my kids were having ice-skating lessons.
