Smithsonian Institution National Museum of the American Indian;



It's on 4 acres adjacent to the National Air and Space Museum & opens next week. It's directed, curated and staffed largely by Native Americans and was conceived after consultation with tribal groups all over the Americas.

Reminds me of some of the sandstone mesas you see out west.
