          It's makes playing the Office map a little annoying. When playing terrorists, all your teammates spend all their time shooting the computers, and NOT shooting the CTs.

                  They just put that in so they could clearly show that it's an ATI inside. (It doesn't show it that good in that video, but it's unmistakeably an ATI, more than likely a 9800pro.)
