Strange neighbours

I've noticed a couple of times while they've been here.

Ever so so often they'll just sit in the dark curtains closed. The give that they're in are the following. Several or one cars/car outside or the odd crash from the children. They can sit in the dark for hours.

Who knows what drives people to do these things. I've seen some odd behavior over the years.

I used to live in a small town (population < 1000), and one guy who was considered somewhat of a village idiot would go to the one phonebooth in town and he'd stand there and talk sometimes for an hour or two, but we never once saw him putting money in the thing. He would literally spend whole evenings having imaginary conversations.

Maybe they are watching a movie, but the TV glow just isn't noticeable.

Eeerrr nope but I could presume they're gone out and put my HI Fi on loud like I used to do when the house was empty.

Nope walls are so thin I would hear it.

They've also got to be talking in whispers as normal conversation carries as well.

My Mother snores loudly and if my sister and brother in law come god help them. No sleeping.

Besides this behavour starts around seven in the evening.
