Sorry to hear about all this SD.
    But it's going around.
A friend of mine is separated and going through a divorce. They were at a point in their marriage that they would watch TV in separate rooms. Not because they couldn't stand each other, but they just fell out of love with each other.

Like others have pointed out, getting friends (and I mean real life friends, not us), restructuring social life, meeting new people is important.

I also highly recommend taking up some sport as being fit will make you more cheerful and self confident.

Sorry to hear about all this S.D.; very sad news indeed. I wish you both all the best. Sadly, as someone alluded to earlier, this break-up stuff is indeed making the rounds. Happened to quite a few friends of mine, several couples with small children involved.

Try to look on the bright side (if that's possible). If you both don't have kids, this is the right time to end things. In the end, if you both wind up happy (with other people OR with each other), this is a good thing. It's probably very hard to see that now, but you will. The time you spend apart will enlighten you both considerably. Good luck to both of you.

Hope everything works out for the best. If you can remain friends you might feel better about things. Good luck.
