That was bloody awful. The poor dog was just resting there minding its own business and then these bastards come along. Gutless, worthless bastards. I'm not a violent person at all, but I think if I had personally witnessed that I would've kicked the crap out of those low-life scumbags. I have no problem with that kind of use of force against a dog IF the dog is attacking or threatening to attack a person. That's a very big "if" though.
In this case, those two seem to be getting off way too easy. It seems they did receive some "community justice" though, which I would've gladly helped out with.

In case my previous posts haven't made this clear; I'm a HUGE dog fan and love 'em as family. As such something like this just royally PISSES ME OFF!!
First I'd put the little bastards against a wall and introduce them to the business end of my .50 Desert Eagle while we have a little "discussion". Pretty soon the s**t would be pouring out of their pant legs by the gallon.
Step two would be my putting the DE down and beating the crap out of 'em with my size 12 hands and size 15 shoes. Let's see how the little SOB's handle getting their asses handed to them by someone who really knows how

From things I've read, torturing animals when young can indicate that a person may be more likely to end up a sociopath later in life.
Also, I'd love to know what he did to get a "felony criminal mischief in an unrelated case," sounds like some nice kids, I'm sure their parents would claim they wouldn't hurt a fly.
