    Baby cut from mother and kidnapped....

    Someone murdered a woman who was 8 months pregnant, cut the baby girl from her body and kidnapped her;

    The murdered woman and her husband were married just a year. Cops think it's possible that the baby is still alive and have an AMBER alert out for the suspect car.

    GAWD.....if I were her husband I'd be going NUTS....just load me up with Thorazine or something

    I'm close enough to where it happened that all the highway notification boards have the amber alert posted. The rumor, or suspicion, is that the baby was kidnapped by a black market baby smuggling ring. If that's true, that's the scariest $#!* of all.

        The thing that did this certainly isn't human, maybe physically but not metally.

          That's absolutely unthinkable. On top of the gruesomeness of it all, they have to put up with this crap too:
          Espey said he went to a local member of Congress after he was told that the case did not meet the criteria for an Amber Alert because authorities did not know the child's hair or eye color or any other details.
          Are they frickin' serious?

                Quick sum of Amber Alert:

                When a child is kidnapped (witnesses or evidence points to a kidnapping) or goes missing (all sources to find them are exhausted) they publish an alert across all potentially affected areas about it. It goes on TV, radio, and on highway notification boards (large electronic signs on or by the highway to warn of traffic congestion, accidents, closings, detours, and special alerts).

                There was a baby kidnapped, by a crazy woman who was suffering mentally after a miscarriage, that was found within 24 hours of his kidnapping due to the Amber Alert issued.

                  And it appears the Amber alert helped again...

                    The AMBER alerts have to be one of the best ideas yet.

                    That said they do need to re-visit the law to include coverage for things like this....but then who would have thought this would happen outside of a Law and Order episode ??

                    Yup...the baby was found and has been united with her father. So far a woman has been charged, but they're still investigating.

                    Now what they need to do is FRY....slowly....the bastard(s) that did this.

                      The Kansas Supreme Court just declared capital punishment unconstitutional ... however, the crime was commited in Missouri where capital punishment is in full force.

                      This is the second kidnapping this year of a baby after a woman suffered a miscarriage and snapped in the area.
