I even downloaded the image and played with it in an image editor and it still looks blank.
Could this have something to do with using an FP monitor.
Like not enough diff between the colors to show?

I think iI answered my own question.
I poured black into the pic with paint and it showed right up.

Firefox won't do 5 properly. Try using IE for that.
