    Quick sum: Guy (appears to be a lawyer) has an affair with a female doctor. Female doctor gives guy "oral sex," keeps the sperm and gets herself pregnant with it. Two years after the baby is born she sues the guy for child support. Now the guy is counter sueing for emotional distress.

    ...hahahahaha...

                      aye, I tend to agree. maybe not call her the father, but it follows the same rules as a sperm donor - sorta.

                      She chose to impregnate herself, without his concent or knowledge.

                      She should have no ability to claim child support from him
